( warrenhyde[@]mac[.com] ) does some specialty work with the lenticular technology (often used on cups and posters), after a bit of pestering from me he’s shared some of the background process he’s gone through to create the artwork. The lenticular effect works by splitting several images into thin slices that are then viewed by the human eye from slightly different angles through a special lens plastic, which can create a 3D illusion, the impression of movement, or even both.

had to file a DCMA notice for a Bulldozer clone on the Play store a
couple of weeks ago. Wasn't hard to do, and they took it down the next
day. The game wasn't called "Bulldozer", but it clearly copied all my
bitmaps. Took me about ten minutes to do.

Summary: A U.S. Senate committee could start an antitrust investigation against Microsoft, after the Redmond software giant said Internet Explorer 10 would be the only desktop browser in its upcoming tablet operating system.
Microsoft’s move to prevent major browsers from reaching the Windows RT desktop has resulted in a fierce war of words from its browser rivals, including Mozilla and Google.
In what will likely come as a further headache for Microsoft, the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee plans to look at the allegations that Microsoft’s decision may once again lead it down the antitrust path.

Specifically, IE gets access to deeper Win32 interfaces, but Firefox, other browsers, and any other third-party software only get access to the new and more limited WinRT interface. Google shares Mozilla's concerns about browser limits on Windows RT.
In a statement, Antoine Colombani, the spokesman for European Commission's competition work, had this to say:
The commission is aware of these allegations and will remain vigilant that Microsoft fully complies with its commitments under the commission's 2009 decision on browsers. This decision applies to Microsoft's Windows operating system for PCs.
The 2009 decision refers to a settlement between the EC and Microsoft about its Windows monopoly that required Microsoft to present a choice of browsers besides Internet Explorer.

No, I'm thinking it was a straight transaction. On one hand I was trapped, or Jesus was trapped, if you prefer, and there were 30 lives against one. It made a lot more sense to sacrifice my own life to save 30, than to see even one person who I love passionately die for no reason, even if Judas did hang himself in the end.

Ay's reign was preceded by that of King Tutankhamun, who ascended to the throne at the age of eight or nine, at a time of great tension between the new monotheism and the old polytheism. Before he became pharaoh, Horemheb was the commander in chief of the army under the reigns of Tutankamun and Ay. After his accession to the throne, he reformed the state and it was under his reign that official action against the preceding Amarna rulers began.
Horemheb demolished monuments of Akhenaten, reusing their remains in his own building projects, and usurped monuments of Tutankhamun and Ay. Horemheb presumably remained childless since he appointed his vizier Paramesse as his successor, who would assume the throne as Ramesses I.
