Pack my bags and watch your shadow fade
You chewed me up and spit me out
Like I was poison in your mouth
You took my light, you drain me down
That was then and this is now
Now look at me
Chorus:
This is the part of me
That you're never gonna ever take away from me, no
This is the part of me
That you're never gonna ever take away from me, no
Throw your sticks and stones
Throw your bombs and blows
But you're not gonna break my soul
This is the part of me
That you're never gonna ever take away from me, no

There is a binding rule that saves the fatwā pronouncements from creating judicial havoc, whether within a Muslim country or at the level of the Islamic world in general: it is unanimously agreed that a fatwā is only binding on its author. This was underlined by Sheikh Abdul Mohsen Al-Obeikan, vice-minister of Justice of Saudi Arabia, in an interview with the Arabic daily Asharq Al-Awsat, as recently as on July 9, 2006, in a discussion of the legal value of a fatwā by the Islamic Fiqh Academy (IFA) on the subject of misyar marriage, which had been rendered by IFA on April 12, 2006.[4] He said, "Even the decisions of the official Ifta authority [the official Saudi fatwā institute] is binding on no one, whether for the people or the state."

"I will perform the tour of your life," the performer tweeted to her 23 million Twitter followers.

Armani goes gaga for Lady
Look who's gone gaga again! Lady Gaga's outlandish costumes have got a designer facelift, thanks to Giorgio Armani.
The
pop diva is currently in South Korea, where she landed late on Friday, a
week in advance before she kicks off her much-awaited 'Born This Way
Ball' global tour that starts in Seoul's Olympic Stadium.

One would assume that Armani, known for his chic and minimalist fashion, would give the singer a stylish makeover. But the designer has done a complete U-turn and designed eccentric and avant-garde ensembles for the singer's performances in the Asian nation. Armani's South Korean partner, Shinsegae, has released pictures of the various costumes designed by the Italian maestro that only add fuel to Gaga's unconventional taste.
One of the costumes is a bizarre bodysuit which will feature real guitars on the leotard and a piano keyboard as her headpiece, teamed with signature towering heels. The bizarre outfit - one of a set of four - is all set to make it into Gaga's collection of idiosyncratic outfits. The other costumes include a very revealing S&M-inspired corset bodysuit with exaggerated shoulders and a translucent nun's habit.
Despite the fact that religious groups have opposed the concert calling for a cancellation of her tour, stating that some of the singer's songs and acts promote homosexuality and are sexually explicit, Gaga will still uninhibitedly flaunt her carefree and overtly sexy style in these graphic costumes.

SEOUL - Lady Gaga who kicks off her world tour at Olympic Stadium in Seoul this Friday is holed up in her hotel room, not showing up anywhere around the city, contrary to her active personality. Two Korean bodyguards were seen talking this morning by The Korea Herald about how Lady Gaga is unable to get up in the morning. In the lobby of a hotel in Gangnam, they talked about how Lady Gaga is suffering from a jet lag, getting up at 1am and going back to sleep during the breakfast hours.
She looked hungry by the time she woke up later in the morning. The star tweeted about her jet lag on Monday, saying, "Jet lag last night was like bad shrooms. When my dad asked what that meant, I told him it's like being in a musical you don't want to be in."
A PR official from Live Nation Korea confirmed that Lady Gaga won't hold any press conferences or interviews here.Meanwhile, at 1.55pm this afternoon, the artist confirmed that she is still in her hotel room exercising. "I just had a major Jane Fonda moment in my hotel room. Some sort of Asian aerobic fusion dance to techno music," she wrote on her Twitter.

MUI chairman Amidhan says fatwas are meant to provide guidance, not to micromanage people’s lives. (JG Photo/Ade Mardiyati)
"I call on Lady Gaga to respect our cultural and traditional values. Most people here are Muslims and we cannot tolerate her revealing outfits and sexy performances," the Indonesia Ulema Council leader Amidhan told AFP.
He added, however, that the country's highest Islamic body has no plan to issue a fatwa against her performing.
"It's better for Lady Gaga to cancel her show in this country if she has no willingness to respect our demand. Please do not destroy our nation's morality and ruin our dignity," said Amidhan, who goes by one name.
Big Daddy, the promoters for the concert in Jakarta, said tickets began selling in early March and were sold out within two weeks.
"We have informed Lady Gaga's management (about these concerns), and they said that they will respect the country where she will perform", said Hanny Marpaung, corporate secretary for Big Daddy.
But he added "we still don't have any clue" about what she will wear.

They don't like being confined. Don't worry about the Fatwa, he tellin me, it not binding on non-moslems. If they can't go to show they won't. You gonna tone it down? I'm not sure, I say. I have a question for you. more
A number of fatwas issued by religious groups in early 2010 banned
unmarried Muslim women from indulging in hair-straightening or curling
treatments, taking a motorcycle taxi, or ojek, and having pre-wedding photos taken with their husbands-to-be.
Such activities were declared haram,
or forbidden under Islam. Proponents argued that hair treatments
offended God by changing a woman’s natural appearance, that the
proximity of an unmarried woman to a male ojek-driver could lead to
inappropriate relations and that pre-wedding photo shoots allowed for
unacceptable physical contact between unmarried couples — the
photographer, too, was said to be at fault in such cases for
facilitating the couple’s intimacy.
Many Muslims in Indonesia
find fatwas like these to be confusing, misleading or just plain
ridiculous. A glance at any salon, ojek stand or wedding reception will
show that on the whole, such directives are simply ignored by ordinary
Muslims.

Do you think Florence Colgate has better facial features than me, I txt him? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, he said. I've never seen one as beautiful as you. Good answer, I txt. Don't forget.

Electronics heavyweight Samsung will put quad-core silicon in its next Galaxy smartphone, upping the ante for mobile performance.
The Exynos 4 Quad integrates four processor cores and is built on the company's cutting-edge 32-nanometer manufacturing process. The chip will run at speeds above 1.4GHz, the company said in a statement today.
As a yardstick, the third-generation iPad uses older 45-nanometer Samsung manufacturing tech and its central processing unit is dual-core (though the graphics processing unit is quad-core). And most multi-core smartphones and tablets on the market today are dual-core.
