You know about the medical report I sent you years ago, when my lawyer concluded that the Police had "exceeded their authority" and had kidnapped me, in 1991.
I have issued you with various instructions and explanations, but frankly I don't owe you an explanation.
This is my top priority.
Arrest Mathew Ridge, for impersonating Football star David Beckham, in his maritial relationship with his wife Victoria Beckham. Preferably this should be done in teh United Kingdom, and he should be imprisoned there, for rape, and anything else he admits to.

3/. Arrest Dr Rees who still lives in Te Puke, associates with Freemasons, on a charge of rape and murder, even though he pretends to be clinically senile, or suffering from dymentia. He admitted the charges to me, and would do so to a deputy commissioner of police, even though he is a psychopath and thinks he is above and smarter than an ordinary policeman. You may need to create another deputy commissioner of police as the two current ones seem to be incapable of doing the job.
4/. arrest John Patterson, lawyer of Tauranga, for rape. He raped Annis Sommerville a Judge, at gunpoint.
Do not be intimidated, or fear bad things will happen. I have gone to extraordinary lengths to protect his victims, by offering them other identities, so even though threats are made, Rees especially should be stripped of his medical qualification and barred from practice, and kept as much as possible incommunicaro for the rest of his (he is 93 or so now) life. He will try to escape and is dangerous, and can order murders if let contact his associates. He should be in a forensic prison in New Zealand (the waikato. patterson should be in Auckland zoo, but I know this is unlikely.
These same instructions have been issued to the Shaolin Monks, my Buddhist friends in China, but they can only protect me, not arrest people, but they do know what crime a person (any stranger) has committed.
As you should know I have close family connections to teh Royal Family, especially Diana before her death, the Queen, and Prince Harry who is the most loyal of all. Opposing the Royal family is a crime, as you know, and they will be kept aware of these instructions and progress.
Also, I still want to see those soldiers I asked you for as far back as 2008. That is a group of 10 who are loyal to you, and known to you and teh Nga Puhi tribe. The police are corrupt, especially the top 15%, and have a military code whaich can only be countered by the true military, the SAS, those below the rank of sergeant, Majors, (not all Majors, and captains. Those are teh fighting ranks, the rest are logistics and administrative, apart from generals, and I do not know how many of those we have. They should all follow your orders.
My rank is Admiral, and depends upon my strategy and tactics. Shaolin Monks are all loyal to me.
I'm hoping that is enough to go on with, no, I'm not drunk, I don't drink or take any drugs, except the odd drink on my birthday, and at christmas.
Have a happy Easter if I do not see you before then and keep me informed of progress, or the lack of it please. You own freedon depends upon it as killers should not roam teh streets, as I'm sure you will agree, whether or not you personally know who they are.
Also, I have immense personal power through the authority of God, beyound your wildest imagination. I have not committed any crime, or made any unusual requests beyond my authority, only seeking for justice, as God does, and remember justice delayed is justice denied. I have waited a long time, since 1991 for it.
