Thank you for taking the time to find this page. I'm sorry it has taken so long for me to finish it.
The first point I made in my postcard about turning the city of London into a dolphin park in about 200 years is a real one. Global warming, if not seriously challenged in the next 1 to 5 years, will not be reversed, because after the initial rise in global temperatures by about 2 degrees, a 5 degree rise within 2 years is inevitable, and with that will come crop failures, species extinctions, desertification, sand storms, and the covering of major cities with sand. It will be physically difficult to remedy. After that will come slow ocean rise, and storms which will mean all the world's ports will have to be raised by a metre or two. The economic cost will be extraordinary.
However the solution is simple; a 10% tax on motor spirit, with the funds generated being used to install solar panels to generate electricity. No government has taken the simple step of doing this, and it will not mean paying anything to any other country.
My next step is to point out that I am the owner of several major brand names, some of which reside in the city of London. One is Dragon, which is a firework manufacturer in China, and also a national arrline, but this is contested by Cathay Pacific who claim to own the name Dragon. I have letters from them asking me not to write to my employees at Dragonair. Dragon is recognised in India as the owner of the Chinese army, navy and army airforce.
The first is Beefeater Gin, which is owned by James Borrough, (myself), a distiller, and which is tied to the uniform of the Yoemen Guard, (of the Tower of London). The Queen is well aware of this, but has chosen for her own reasons to ignore me. The bottles in which this patent gin is sold are and remain the property of James Borough Limited, and this is written on the bottle.
In addition to this, I own the right to sell vodka, in the name of Borzoi, which is a type of dog, also under the name James Borrough. Also Cossack Vodka.
The Queen is also aware that I claim a patent for the vulcanisation process of rubber making, and the first impression of a rubber stamp is recorded on the back of a painting in one of her collections, probably a Constable or a Turner.

This is a huge business owned in the name SUN, and Dragon, potentially worth more than 1 euro a month to me, for every internet connection, currently over 700 million in Eurpoe alone, but so far tied up by Microsoft's insistence that they have a legal web browser, despite losing an important lawsuit to Sun. It is worth over one hundred million pounds per day to me and yet I receive nothing.
I've made no progress in my home country New Zealand, which is why I have transferred the liability (debt) to England, and made payments payable in pounds. Again, I've included the Royal Family in this and offered them a small percentage of what I'm liable to receive, but I have been frustrated by being prevented from putting my case beforethe New Zealand courts.
Since the sums are so large (potentially) I'm prepared to make you a generous offer (in the millions of pounds) for your assistance. This is not a scam, I don't seek any money from you, but I do appreciate the fact that you are an intelligent man who is democratically elected to your position.
