Dear Ms tolly.
During the last term of parliament I wrote to Judith Collins in her
capacity as Minister of Police and informed her of several matters which
I was aware of and which required investigation.
The gist of my concerns is on this page:

I trust that somebody will speak to Dr Rees, and obtain the confession he has already given to me.
My Uncle Buster Walter unfortunately died last year with a clear criminal record.
Murder should be a top priority for the police, and I don't like to see
guilty people protected by those in power as it only encourages more
intimidation and crime.
Your sincerely,
Malcolm James Baker.
