What can be done to solve this problem.
First, reduce military spending, from 4% of GDP to 3%.
Secondly, borrow the money, not from private interests, but from the public, to redistribute the income to where it is needed. This means borrowing from the International Bank which is publicly owned, the Bank of England, at 5%, and forget about paying off the debt. Work to reduce borrowing.
This means the bank of England buying a lot of US dollars, for pounds, and lending them to the US.
The most likely source is the Chinese Government, which should use US dollars to buy pounds, which then sit in the Bank of England, earning interest at 2%, and any exchange rate advantage of the£ against the Chinese Yuan in the future.
The USA will have to pay the Bank of England 750 thousand million per year, since the debt is in the United States in US dollars.
This money in turn will be used to buy Euros to lend to the indebteed countries of Europe, First France, Greece and Italy, at 5%, in units of 20 billion Euros, paying 1 billion Euros per year in interest, with no capital being repaid.
